Stayed in fancy king room with a shower and ventilator plus the kids in the separate bungalow. The hotel's position was particularly good and unbeatable, just next door to good restaurant and "the Yucatan.

The hotel was upscale, and clean, and the location was favourable right next to the ruins. The staff were attentive and very informative people from a male waiter. My king room was modest in which the safe did n't work. Location: the property was close to the Cenote across the road-, the Chichen Itza and the cenote Ik Kil. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The location of this place is great, not too far from Cenote Ik Kil, and we loved the cozy and spacious room with air conditioning.

The breakfast had a good choice of options, including bread and eggs. We greatly enjoyed the king room we booked even though the safe didn't work. the location near the arch was excellent and lovely. It was a really nice stay during our vacation.
